CCSS Interactive Learning is proud to announce they are now issuing certificates for course and program completion of their self-paced, on-line OpenVMS training. In addition to awarding the certificates CCSS Interactive Learning, in conjunction with Stromasys SA, is awarding a Charon-VAX or Charon-Alpha emulator to each student achieving either the OpenVMS Basic Program Certificate of Accomplishment or the OpenVMS Basic Program Certificate of Achievement.

Details of the certificate program are presented here:

Course Certificates:

  • Certificate of Completion - finish a course with a score of 85% or better with an average time of 30 seconds or less.
  • Certificate of Accomplishment - finish a course with a score of 95% or better and an average time of 15 seconds or less.
  • Certificate of Achievement - finish a course with a score of 100% and an average time of 15 seconds or less.
  • Program Certificates:

  • CCSS Interactive Learning OpenVMS Basic Program Certificate of Completion - finish all 4 basic courses with a score of 85% or better in each with an average time of 30 seconds or less in each course.
  • CCSS Interactive Learning OpenVMS Basic Program Certificate of Accomplishment - finish all 4 basic courses with a score of 95% or better in each course and an average time of 15 seconds or less in each course. With award of the certificate the student may request an "unlimited use" PersonalAlpha emulator or VAX equivalent from Stromasys SA through CCSS Interactive Learning.
  • CCSS Interactive Learning OpenVMS Basic Program Certificate of Achievement - finish all 4 basic courses with a score of 100% in each course and an average time of 15 seconds or less per question in each course. With award of the certificate the student may request a not-for-resale, Charon-AXP DS-10 emulator or VAX equivalent from Stromasys SA through CCSS Interactive Learning. These emulators have no-charge annually renewing licenses.
  • Only one emulator per student. Only one certificate for each segment per student. Students may take the courses and tests multiple times before requesting a certificate.
